Is snapchat important for marketers to have? the answer could go both ways. As of now no because the app is being used more for everyday personal use by people. Not many use snapchat as promotion for their business as of yet. BUT the answer could be yes, it would be very beneficial for companies to get a head start of their competitors on a social media site that is on the rise, could give that company a huge advantage over others!

Snapchat has been known to called the “sexting app”.. children and young adults have know to use this app to show sexual pictures and videos and share them with others. The harm is that if the person receiving the picture has a smart phone that can take screen shots that pic will now be saved in there phone and they now have the power to do what they please with it.
